Nousha Saint-Martin is a strategic consultant with 15 years of operational experience in Japan, managing and supporting business for multinational brands as diverse and complementary as Carl Zeiss, Chanel, Pierre Fabre and Shiseido.  


She is a highly trained cultural and professional bridge between the French and Japanese business communities. She has interfaced between company headquarters and affiliates and between joint venture partners. Those successes have given her an appreciation of the adjustments, often subtle but critical, which allow seamless translation of global strategies to local and local or regional decision-making.  


Her strategic vision, rigor to frequently update knowledge, practical sense, and ability to navigate complex interactions among different business cultures enables her to bring a uniquely diverse background to support brands in their global strategy.
